Regional Trainer, Northeast Region
About the role
The ideal candidate for this role is required to have a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, with three to five years of experience in Retail Training and Development or Retail Management preferred. Expertise in luxury client experience, leadership, hospitality, and virtual learning is essential, along with a high level of emotional intelligence, communication styles, instructional design, presentation skills, and developmental assessments.
Additional assets include gemological knowledge, Art & Culture experience, DISC & EQI certifications, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to travel 50%-75% of the time. Essential attributes include excellent interpersonal, public communication, and facilitation skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, effective collaboration with all organizational levels, comfort with ambiguity, and adeptness in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Report to the Regional AVP and develop transversal training strategies that align with business priorities, including implementation, deployment, assessment, and facilitation.
- Customize training and coaching plans based on analysis for knowledge retention.
- Partner with retail leaders to identify individual development plans.
- Leverage digital tools and new technologies for enhanced learning impact.
- Conduct regional needs assessments to identify training needs for sales performance.
- Plan, organize, and execute online and in-person classroom trainings.
- Strategize short and long-term goals for training initiatives and regional action plans.
- Foster a culture of learning by engaging teams and delivering impactful trainings.
- Take ownership of training activities from conception to execution.

Pay
Salary Range: $120,000 - $125,000 (Annual). This role is bonus eligible.
