We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Remove boilerplate, EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the job description. Let's extract sections: - About the role / company description: first paragraph about Rockland Trust, mission, etc. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About Rockland Trust". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can use "About the role" for company overview and role description. - Responsibilities: list of duties: "What You’ll Do" bullet list. - Requirements / Qualifications: "Required Qualifications" list. - Preferred Skills/Experience: maybe under Skills. - Benefits: "Benefits & Culture" list. - Pay: there is a Pay Transparency section but it's generic: "Compensation for this role will be based on a variety of factors... The salary range posted reflects the company’s good-faith estimate..." It does not give actual numbers. It says "Actual compensation may vary." This is vague; we should not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It does not give a specific range or numbers. So we should omit Pay section. - Schedule: not mentioned specifically; only mention flexible work week may include weekends. That's schedule info but not explicit schedule like full-time, part-time. Could be considered schedule? The instruction: only create Schedule section if posting actually states them. It mentions "flexible work week, which may include weekends". That's schedule info. Might be enough to include Schedule section with that detail. However we need to avoid filler like "varies". It's specific enough: flexible work week may include weekends. So we can include Schedule. - Skills: maybe combine Preferred Skills/Experience. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, accessibility, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's gather substantive content: Company description: "Rockland Trust is a full-service commercial bank and financial services company committed to helping our neighbors reach their financial goals. Founded in 1907 and headquartered in Massachusetts, we proudly serve individuals, families, and businesses throughout New England with a strong emphasis on personal relationships, local decision-making, and community impact. With a broad range of banking, wealth management, and investment solutions, Rockland Trust combines the resources of a growing financial institution with the personalized service of a community bank. Our long-standing philosophy—Where Each Relationship Matters®—guides how we work with our customers, colleagues, and communities every day. At Rockland Trust, our employees are at the heart of our success. We foster a collaborative, inclusive, and values-driven culture that encourages professional growth, innovation, and work-life balance. We are deeply committed to community involvement, financial education, and creating a workplace where individuals can build meaningful, long-term careers." Then role description: "As a Teller Trainee at Rockland Trust, you are at the heart of our branches and the frontline of customer service, proactively exploring customer needs and offering personalized advice that serves to develop and maintain relationships. Each day, you create a memorable experience for customers whilst contributing to the fulfillment of branch and company goals in a meaningful way. With a positive, can-do attitude and a genuine desire to work with customers in a caring and empathetic way, you are responsible for providing efficient, effective, and courteous customer service while performing a variety of transactions. You are the friendly face of Rockland Trust, promoting our mission and helping customers navigate the world of banking." Then "What You’ll Experience" bullet list: Meaningful relationships, Commitment to community, Recognition & reward, Training & development, Comprehensive benefits (list). That's more about benefits and culture. Then "Who We Are" repeats some of company description; could be considered part of About the role but we already have that. Might be duplicate; we can ignore duplicate. Then "What You’ll Do": list of duties. Then "Required Qualifications": list. Then "Preferred Skills/Experience": note: "Candidates should have 1-2 years prior teller experience or cash handling/customer service skills." Then "Benefits & Culture": list of benefits. Then "Pay Transparency": generic; we omit. Then "Accessibility & Accommodations": generic; we omit. Then closing: "Now that you’ve heard a little bit about us, we’d love to hear more about you. Submit your application..." That's application instruction; we remove. Also there is a line "Rockland Trust is the Bank Where Each Relationship Matters®. In pursuit of that promise, we foster a respectful and inclusive work environment where everyone is given the chance and resources to succeed." That's part of culture. Now we need to format. Sections:

About the role

-> include company description + role description (the paragraphs about Teller Trainee). Could combine.

Responsibilities

->
  • each duty from "What You’ll Do".

    Requirements

    -> maybe combine Required Qualifications and Preferred Skills? But we have separate headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. The instruction says use headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide what goes where. Usually Requirements = required qualifications. Qualifications could be same? But we can put Required Qualifications under Requirements, and Preferred Skills under Skills. Qualifications maybe also include education? But we can just put Required Qualifications under Requirements, and Preferred Skills under Skills. Qualifications heading maybe not needed if content duplicates. But we must not create empty sections. We'll include Requirements and Skills. Possibly also Qualifications if we have any extra like "High school diploma or equivalent." That's a qualification. Could put under Qualifications. But we already have Required Qualifications includes that. To avoid duplication, we could map: - Requirements: list of required qualifications (including HS diploma, communication skills, tech comfort, sales/service-oriented, professional appearance, positive approach, ability to work normal office req, lift 50 lbs, flexible schedule, complete training). - Skills: preferred skills/experience (1-2 years teller experience or cash handling/customer service). - Qualifications: maybe we could include education? But it's already in Requirements. To avoid duplication, maybe we omit Qualifications section. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can combine Required Qualifications and Preferred Skills into Requirements and Skills. We'll not include Qualifications if it's redundant. But we have headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose to include only those with content. So we will include About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Schedule. Possibly also Qualifications if we have distinct content like "High school diploma or equivalent" but that's already in Requirements. We'll skip Qualifications. Now Benefits: we need to list benefits from "What You’ll Experience" comprehensive benefits and "Benefits & Culture". Combine. Benefits list: - competitive compensation with performance incentive awards - Health Insurance - Dental Insurance - Vision and Pet Insurance - 401K retirement plan - Long Term Disability & Life Insurance - Child Care Reimbursement - Tuition Assistance for graduate and undergraduate programs - award winning wellness program - much more (but we should not include vague "much more"? It's part of description; we can keep as "and more" but not "much more"? The instruction: do not include filler/placeholder text like "much more"? It's not placeholder; it's actual phrase. Might be okay. We'll keep as "and more" maybe. From Benefits & Culture: competitive compensation with performance-based incentive awards, health and dental insurance, a 401(k) and DC retirement plan, LTD and life insurance, paid vacation, day care reimbursement, tuition assistance for undergraduate and graduate programs, an award-winning wellness program, and much more! We need to combine without duplication. Let's create a unified list: - Competitive compensation with performance-based incentive awards - Health insurance - Dental insurance - Vision insurance - Pet insurance - 401(k) retirement plan (also DC retirement plan) - Long-term disability insurance - Life insurance - Paid vacation - Child care/day care reimbursement - Tuition assistance for undergraduate and graduate programs - Award-winning wellness program - (and more) We should avoid repeating similar items. Now Schedule: "Willingness and ability to work within a flexible work week, which may include weekends, as customer needs dictate." Also maybe "Ability to work within normal office requirements, with long periods of standing and continuous customer support." That's more about work environment. But schedule specifically: flexible work week may include weekends. We'll put that. Now we need to output HTML fragment only. Let's craft:
