Primary Responsibilities
- Cook up and carry out product-oriented sales presentations and training events on the full Nice North America product line for factory staff, dealers, and distributors.
- Assist in the launch of new products by contributing to the creation and execution of training modules for key customers.
- Certify sales representatives on new products and annually on the entire Nice North America product line.
- Be the go-to guy for design understanding and application of Nice North America products.
- Participate in relevant trade shows, sales meetings, planning sessions, and special events as needed by the company.
- Monitor and contribute to sales managers regarding market dynamics related to product and promotional activities.
- Align training activities with the regional sales manager for the assigned US region.
- Set and execute web trainings for customers as required.
- Participate in weekly calls involving Sales and Technical teams.
- Provide advanced technical support on-site and remotely within the Nice home management platform.
- Execute telephone call support to customer technical staff as needed.
- Plan initial and follow-up training for new products as the travel schedule is arranged.
- Responsible for new dealer growth and support within the CI Channel.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma and a minimum of 4 years of related experience, preferably in the CEDIA channel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and group settings.
- Experience in control system programming is a definite plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex AV/Control systems both on-site and remotely.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel specifically) and NetSuite, along with experience using PowerPoint and Adobe Captivate.
- Must be able to work remotely effectively.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to succeed.

Working Conditions
- The work environment is primarily in an open office setting with reasonable lighting and controlled temperatures.
- Moderate noise levels are common.
