The Trane Technologies Regional Supplier Quality Engineer will work with strategic suppliers to improve their quality performance as received by Trane manufacturing sites as well as by final customers in the field. This will include ensuring compliance with the Global Supplier Quality Manual as defined in Trane Technologies Business Operating System (BOS). This role requires strong quality engineering and ISO 9001 quality management systems experience. In collaboration with internal cross-functional team members such as field quality, operations, engineering, and procurement, this role will serve as subject matter expert for supplier quality performance and maturity.

Responsibilities

• Provides servant leadership for the supplier corrective action program for the assigned business. This includes increasing the tool usage across sites as well as improving efficiency and effectiveness for non-conforming material, return material authorization, and corrective action requests.
