Regional Supervisor, GO, US

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. 100% on-site at our Philadelphia, Kansas City, or San Diego site.

About the Role

Catalent’s Kansas City facility is home to our Oral & Specialty Drug Delivery, Biologics Analytical Services, and Clinical Supply Services businesses. This role involves working in a dynamic environment with a focus on operational excellence and compliance. You will manage regional priorities, lead teams, and ensure timely execution of deliverables.

• Serve as regional supervisor for assigned area and collaborate with two other regional supervisors globally.
• Oversee three departments: pre-production, pre-distribution, and master data.
• Lead daily priority discussions with teams and sites within the business unit.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to support departmental growth.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Business, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent professional experience.
• APICS certification preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in clinical trial materials, supply chain, master data, pre-production, pre-distribution, project management, or related operational functions, including prior supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Demonstrable leadership experience at Catalent (including but not limited to participation in Catalent-sponsored leadership programs such as NGGL, GOLD, LEAD Now, GM Excellence, and GROW) may be considered in place of external experience.
