About the role

If you're an experienced CDL-A driver looking for strong weekly miles without running coast to coast, this Regional Southwest position offers a solid combination of mileage, pay, equipment, and predictable home time. Run a defined 9-state region, averaging 2,600–2,800 miles per week, and earn $0.60–$0.62 CPM based on verifiable experience.

Responsibilities

• Run primarily throughout Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, Nebraska, New Mexico.
• Maintain 100% no‑touch reefer freight (approximately 50% drop & hook).
• Drive a permanently assigned late‑model Kenworth T‑680.
• Utilize equipment: APU, refrigerator, 2,500‑watt inverter, Bluetooth, double bunks, front‑facing event‑only camera.
• Earn performance bonus of up to $0.04 CPM and accessorial pay opportunities.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 6 months of verifiable tractor‑trailer experience.
• Meet company safety and hiring requirements.
• SAP drivers are not accepted.
• Pass a urine drug test.

Benefits

Pay

Schedule
