About the role

The O’Pake Institute for Economic Development & Entrepreneurship is seeking a Regional Site Manager who will report to the Assistant Director of Student Experiential Learning. The Regional Site Manager will have responsibilities including supporting the O’Pake Institute’s EmpowerED program and Fellows Program which includes students from high school through advanced degree programs. This position will focus on overseeing student-powered internal partnership and client services projects, requiring strong project management skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication, are essential.

• Management of Client Services Projects: Manage a team of students, providing mentorship and technical expertise as they contribute to the development, execution, and delivery of defined outcomes for O’Pake clients, while fostering experiential learning opportunities that enhance their professional growth and hands-on skills.
• In addition, manage the relationship and associated projects with identified clients.
• In conjunction with O’Pake home office Staff, coordinate intern team transition semesterly and schedules to ensure consistent engagement.
• In partnership with the O’Pake Client Services team, manage client-facing projects involving students, such as Community and Economic Development, Innovation and Tech-Transfer, Creative Services, Business and Strategic Planning and Financial Services, and Venture Investment Services.
• Create an environment of continuous learning, where students gain real-world experience and enhance their professional skills in a dynamic, client-focused setting.
• Support the development of O’Pake Fellows and EmpowerED High School Students in developing their experiential learning skills and professional development.
