We need to output HTML fragment with sections only when real specific content. Use . Need to avoid duplication: there is duplicate line "Translates global cybersecurity rules into actionable regional and local plans, ensuring operational feasibility and stakeholder buy in. Provide subject matter guidance to local teams on cybersecurity practices and expectations." appears twice. We should keep only once.

Also there is earlier statement: "This role secures alignment with the company’s cybersecurity strategy, supports security initiatives, and helps maintain a strong security posture throughout the region This position requires a blend of technical cybersecurity understanding, awareness of regulations, strong process and documentation skills, and solid project coordination capabilities to ensure successful execution of regional cybersecurity activities. This role requires excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, non-technical language for business stakeholders, as well as the ability to guide discussions efficiently and gain consensus." This could be part of responsibilities or skills. We'll incorporate into responsibilities maybe as a general statement.
We can add a responsibility: "Ensures alignment with company’s cybersecurity strategy, supports security initiatives, and maintains strong security posture across the region." and "Requires blend of technical cybersecurity understanding, awareness of regulations, strong process and documentation skills, solid project coordination capabilities." and "Requires excellent communication skills, including ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, non-technical language for business stakeholders and to guide discussions efficiently to gain consensus."
We'll include those as list items.
Now Qualifications: BASIC QUALIFICATIONS and Preferred Qualifications.
We need to put under Qualifications heading? The instruction includes Qualifications as a heading. We'll put education/experience requirements there.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology plus 2 years’ relevant experience OR 5+ years relevant experience if no degree
- Advanced knowledge of Cybersecurity technologies
- Good knowledge of network technologies (Network, Firewall architecture)
- Intercultural sensitivity
- Interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders
- Fluent in English
- Writing skills to communicate information effectively to different target groups
- Good (self-)organizational skills
- Willingness to travel around 10%
- Continental is able to offer relocation assistance for this opportunity
- Legal Authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job opening.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in information technology plus 5 years experience OR 10+ years if no degree
- Continental is able to pay relocation expenses for this opportunity
We could combine relocation assistance mention.
We should not duplicate.
Now Skills: we could extract skills from qualifications and responsibilities: technical cybersecurity understanding, awareness of regulations, process and documentation skills, project coordination capabilities, communication skills, ability to translate technical concepts, ability to guide discussions, vulnerability management, incident response, risk management, KPI reporting, cost tracking, training coordination, audit assistance, etc. But we already have many under Responsibilities. Might be redundant. Perhaps better to put Skills heading for soft/technical skills not covered elsewhere. But we can also omit Skills if no distinct content beyond what's already in Qualifications/Responsibilities. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could omit Skills if not needed. However we have qualifications already covering many skill-like items. But Qualifications is for education/experience; skills could be separate. Yet we have many skill items in qualifications list (Advanced knowledge..., Good knowledge..., Intercultural sensitivity..., Interpersonal skills..., Fluent..., Writing skills..., Good organizational skills..., Willingness to travel...). Those are skills. So we could move those to Skills heading and keep Qualifications strictly for education/experience and relocation/auth. Let's decide.
We need to preserve all substantive information. We can allocate:
- About the role: company description + maybe high-level role purpose.
- Responsibilities: list of duties.
- Qualifications: education/experience requirements (Bachelor’s degree + years, relocation assistance, work authorization).
- Skills: technical and soft skills (advanced knowledge of cybersecurity tech, good knowledge of network technologies, intercultural sensitivity, interpersonal skills, fluent English, writing skills, good organizational skills, willingness to travel ~10%).
- Benefits: list of perks.
We should not include Preferred Qualifications as separate; maybe incorporate into Qualifications as "Preferred" but we can keep under Qualifications as bullet with note "Preferred". Or we could add a separate "Preferred Qualifications" but not in allowed headings. So we incorporate into Qualifications with label.
Let's extract Preferred Qualifications: "Bachelor degree in information technology plus 5 years experience OR 10+ years if no degree" and "Continental is able to pay relocation expenses for this opportunity". The relocation assistance already mentioned in basic; we can note that relocation assistance is offered.
Now Benefits: list items:
- Immediate Benefits
- Robust Total Rewards Package
- Paid Time Off
- Volunteer Time Off
- Tuition Assistance
- Employee Discounts, including tire discounts
- Competitive Bonus Programs
- Employes 401k Match (typo: Employees 401k Match)
- Diverse & Inclusive Work Environment with 20+ Employee Resource groups.
- Hybrid Work
- Employee Assistance Program
- Future Growth Opportunities, including personal and professional
- And many more benefits that come with working for a global industry leader!
We'll create
for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to parse the job posting. Company description: can be part of About the role? The "Company Description" is about the company. Could be placed under About the role heading. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have: - Company Description: details about Continental. - Job Description: includes "HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT" and then sections: Governance, Standards & Compliance; Regional Coordination & Stakeholder Alignment; Technical & Operational Support; Project & Initiative Coordination; Awareness, Training & Culture; Reporting & Metrics; Cost Tracking & Implementation Support. These are responsibilities. - Qualifications: BASIC QUALIFICATIONS and Preferred Qualifications. - Additional Information: THE PERKS (benefits). Also includes EEO statement etc which we must remove. - No explicit Pay or Schedule mentioned. So we should NOT include Pay or Schedule sections. - Benefits: we have "Immediate Benefits Robust Total Rewards Package Paid Time Off Volunteer Time Off Tuition Assistance Employee Discounts, including tire discounts Competitive Bonus Programs Employes 401k Match Diverse & Inclusive Work Environment with 20+ Employee Resource groups. Hybrid Work Employee Assistance Program Future Growth Opportunities, including personal and professional And many more benefits that come with working for a global industry leader!" So we can create Benefits section with list. - No Pay or Schedule. - Skills: maybe we can extract from qualifications? But we have a separate Skills heading allowed. Could we put technical skills under Skills? The qualifications include "Advanced knowledge of Cybersecurity technologies", "Good knowledge of network technologies (Network, Firewall architecture)", "Intercultural sensitivity", "Interpersonal skills", "Fluent in English", "Writing skills", "Good (self-)organizational skills", "Willingness to travel around 10%". Those could be Skills. However we also have Qualifications section for education/experience. The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have Qualifications for education/experience, Skills for abilities. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID. We must remove boilerplate: EEO statement, legal, application instructions, etc. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract content: Company Description paragraph: "THE COMPANY Continental is a leading tire manufacturer and industry specialist. Founded in 1871, the company generated sales of €19.7 billion in 2025 and currently employs around 78,000 people in 54 countries and markets. Tire solutions from the Tires group sector make mobility safer, smarter, and more sustainable. Its premium portfolio encompasses car, truck, bus, two-wheel, and specialty tires as well as smart solutions and services for fleets and tire retailers. Continental has been delivering top performance for more than 150 years and is one of the world’s largest tire manufacturers. In fiscal 2025, the Tires group sector generated sales of 13.8 billion euros. Continental's tire division employs more than 56,000 people worldwide and has 19 production and 16 development sites." We can put under About the role. Responsibilities: we have many bullet-like paragraphs. We'll convert each distinct responsibility into
- for each.
Now we need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like EEO statement, application instructions, etc.
Now produce HTML fragment.
