Regional Sales Trainer - Rockies

Responsibilities

• Work with new outside sales hires with a focus on in the field training, developing skills around Counselor Prospecting and the Counselor Salesperson programs.
• Develop and deliver sales training programs, on-boarding new outside sales hires.
• Develop sales training tasks within TMs for the first two years in support of local Sales Management.
• Utilize Brainshark Platform to improve selling skills and administrative tasks.
• Train and develop sales teams using Salesforce Training and Development, including inspection for correct utilization of Salesforce platform.

Requirements

• Extensive experience developing and delivering sales training programs.
• Knowledge of multimedia and audio/visual equipment.
• Experience on-boarding new outside sales hires.
• Ability to develop sales training tasks within TMs for the first two years in support of local Sales Management.
• Proficiency in utilizing Brainshark Platform to enhance selling skills and administrative tasks.
• Experience in Salesforce Training and Development, including inspection for correct utilization of Salesforce platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Engineering, Education or Business, preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Outstanding stand-up training platform delivery skills.

• Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $115,000.
• Bonus potential: approx. $60,000 - $80,000.
