About the role
Simon Roofing, a leading commercial roofing solutions organization, is seeking a driven individual to join our team as a Regional Sales Representative (Remote) for the San Francisco Region.
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships with a focus on exceptional customer service
- Providing consultative roofing service solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building efforts
- Organizing and executing targeted programs and communications to reinforce the value propositions of Simon Roofing
Requirements
- A degree focusing on Sales, Construction Management, Communications, Business, Social Sciences, or Marketing is preferred.
- At least 2 years of outside sales experience.
- (Roofing experience not required.)
- Work and reside in the San Francisco, California Region (REQUIRED)
- Willing and able to work remotely (work from home)
- Cold Calling/Prospecting experience
- Customer service oriented
- Knowledgeable about the local community in your assigned territory
- Ability to climb ladders to rooftops
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word; ability to do extensive research on the Internet
- Team-oriented, energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, with a business development mindset
- Strong skills in organization, active listening, and sales closing
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background screening
Qualifications
Generous base salary of $60,000 per year (and up to $15,000 in performance bonuses)
