Regional Sales Operations Analyst, US Sports Medicine

About the role
Acting as the primary Sales Operations partner to an Area Vice President and regional sales leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Delivering weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting, insights and performance summaries to drive decision making
- Serving as the first point of contact for regional pricing requests and coordinating approvals with Finance and Sales leadership
- Supporting customer pricing inquiries, data validation and ensuring accurate system updates
- Partnering cross functionally with Sales, Finance, HR, IT and Sales Systems to resolve operational needs
- Tracking, managing and resolving operational requests while identifying opportunities for process improvement
- Driving compliance reviews and ensuring alignment with internal agreements and policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Operations or a related field
- Experience working with CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce
- Proven ability supporting sales leadership teams in a fast paced environment
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and data accuracy
- Experience in MedTech, Life Sciences or complex B2B environments is preferred
- Exposure to pricing or contracting processes and advanced Excel or dashboarding tools is a plus
Qualifications
- Up to 20% travel regionally, as needed
