Regional Sales Operations Analyst

General Summary

The purpose of this position is to develop the skills and knowledge to become a successful District Manager within KUS's structure. At the direction of the Regional Sales Manager, support all regional sales positions - Distribution, Dealer Development, and Marketing. Supports regional sales operations to assure KUS sales policies and procedures are understood and implemented by the dealer body. This role offers hands-on training and exposure to all areas of our Regional operations, with a path for career growth. It is designed as a management trainee position, with the long-term goal of developing future District Managers, which will require field travel and relocation.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• 1st Priority - 35% Support Regional Sales Manager in Day-to-Day operations
• 2nd Priority - 30% Support District Sales Managers in their achievement of objectives and daily tasks.
• 3rd Priority - 15% Monitor retail and wholesale performance up to the regional level.
• 4th Priority - 15% Support all regional sales positions – Distribution, Dealer Development, and Marketing.
• 5th Priority - 5% Miscellaneous programs, projects and assignments as determined and requested by Regional Sales Manager.

Personally Performed Duties

• Travel with District Sales Managers to assist with their job responsibilities to help achieve targets, and complete tasks by given deadlines.
• Monitor retail and wholesale performance through the development and distribution of sales reports.
• Support all regional sales positions by assisting each department (Distribution, Dealer Development, and Marketing) with administrative duties.
• Cook up ad hoc programs, projects and assignments as determined and requested by Regional Sales Manager.

Qualifications/Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

Job Requirement

• Overall Related Experience: 0-3 years’ work or internship experience preferred
• Directly Related Experience: Knowledge of automotive manufacturers and/or distributors and their relationship with their dealers is a plus for Analyst assignment.

Position Requirements

• Occasional travel may be required domestically and/or internationally
• May need to work additional hours outside of normal business hours as required by the job, including weekends or holidays
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Ability to relocate to a new location if requested by company

Specialized Skills And Knowledge Required

• Intermediate PC skills in a windows-based environment
• Well organized, with the ability to complete projects as assigned
• Must be self initiating; able to work under minimal supervision and under high pressure and stress with multiple same time deadlines
• Excellent communication skills required (written and oral)

Pay Range

$57,980.32 - $75,411.31

Pay will be based on several variables that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, etc.
