This is a hybrid position located in Denver, CO. The Regional Sales Manager leads, motivates, and develops in-house Loan Originators, creating an exciting environment that promotes a culture of quality, partnership, and customer service. To be successful, the manager must meet overall performance objectives for all team members, which include new and experienced Loan Originators. The role encompasses departmental responsibility for Origination/Operations, budgetary responsibility, direct reports of 14‑20, indirect reports, and decision impact at the area/division/department/individual level. The manager must also be able to obtain national licensing and licensing in all states where the company does business.
