Join Franklin Water Treatment, a Division of Franklin Electric, as a Regional Sales Manager in the Mid-Atlantic/Northeast region. We are leaders in innovative water treatment solutions, seeking a reliable and customer-focused professional to develop and implement sales strategies, manage and grow a sales territory, and contribute to marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the sale of residential and commercial water treatment systems through dealer and wholesale channels.
- Acquire, develop, and maintain existing Professional Water Quality (PWQ) dealer accounts through an appropriate level of contact.
- Create sales growth by securing business through strategic customer segments.
- Develop short- and long-term forecasts, budgets, strategies, and marketing programs required to meet sales objectives.
- Conduct product training for PWQ dealers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure marketing collateral, packaging, catalogs, and internet presence meet customer demand.
- Travel overnight approximately 65% - 80% of the time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, business management, marketing, engineering technology, or a related field (preferred).
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience or training in water treatment, customer service, customer experience, customer success, or sales (required).
