About the role
AIC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the New England region. Ideal candidates are driven, competitive, and have a track record of exceeding sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed sales goals in assigned territory by establishing, developing, and maintaining business relationships with key prospects and current customers.
- Promote and sell AIC’s Ig pharmacy infusion services to various customers, including doctors, nurses, referral coordinators, and assistants.
- Develop and maintain relationships with target accounts recommended by the VP of Sales, as well as through traditional prospecting, cold calling, and follow-up on company-generated sales leads.
- Work collaboratively with physicians and the AIC home infusion team to provide patient-specific, specialized in-home infusion services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2-4 years related experience and/or training.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven ability to exceed sales goals in a medical device, tissue, pharma, specialty pharmacy, or B2B product sales position.
- Preferred experience in neurology, allergy/immunology, pulmonary, transplant, and rheumatology fields.
- Preferred candidates have an existing book of relationships in the neurology/immunology field.
Qualifications
- Proactive, independent, creative, and persuasive.
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory, which includes Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine.
- Competitive compensation with an uncapped commission structure.
- Access to robust data to identify ideal customers and shorten the sales cycle.
- Heavy experience in sales support from intake managers, AIC-employed nurses, Medical Director, and additional pharmacy staff.
Benefits
Targeted Compensation: $200k+ which includes payment for each new patient start as well as residual monthly grams.
Pay
$200k+ with uncapped commission structure.
Schedule
Full-time, field-based sales position with no direct reports.
