Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies for automation solutions
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with key stakeholders
- Manage existing client accounts, fostering long-term relationships
- Conduct needs analysis and present persuasive solutions to clients
- Prepare technical and commercial presentations for proposals
- Proactively address challenges and drive sales opportunities to closure
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools and report on performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive sales experience, ideally with 3 years in data center automation
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B setting
- Deep understanding of data center infrastructure and monitoring systems
- Strong knowledge of data center automation platforms and communication protocols
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with executives
