Regional Sales Manager for Automation and Communciation for DataCenters

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies for automation solutions
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with key stakeholders
  • Manage existing client accounts, fostering long-term relationships
  • Conduct needs analysis and present persuasive solutions to clients
  • Prepare technical and commercial presentations for proposals
  • Proactively address challenges and drive sales opportunities to closure
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools and report on performance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive sales experience, ideally with 3 years in data center automation
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B setting
  • Deep understanding of data center infrastructure and monitoring systems
  • Strong knowledge of data center automation platforms and communication protocols
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with executives
