Responsible for expanding the regional sales network for Guardian Fire Protection. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing sales teams, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the regional market
- Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
- Maintain and develop strong client relationships through regular communication and service delivery
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of increasing sales and market share
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of fire protection systems and industry trends
- Experience with CRM software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
