Regional Sales Manager - Electrofusion

What You'll Do

  • Champion and promote our product portfolio throughout your territory.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  • Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, wholesalers, contractors, engineers, and end users.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to promote products, provide technical support, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Deliver product presentations, technical training sessions, and educational seminars to customers and industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure excellent customer support and service.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, opportunities, and forecasts using CRM software.
  • Plan and coordinate extensive territory travel, including customer meetings, events, and industry activities.
  • Provide support and guidance to independent sales representatives within the territory, where applicable.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; Engineering background is considered an asset.
  • 5–7 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the waterworks, utility, construction, industrial, or related sectors.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work independently, manage a territory, and prioritize multiple responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling technical or engineered products.
  • Background in waterworks, utilities, piping systems, or infrastructure markets.
  • Experience working with distributors, contractors, consulting engineers, and municipalities.
