About the role
You will be driving new business in Contract Manufacturing by finding qualified leads and prospecting new customers. You will be responsible for the sales of our high-end manufacturing factory in Canton, Massachusetts specifically focused on contract manufacturing. Our automated Printed Circuit Board and System Assembly processes are setup with the highest quality standards with the newest technologies against the highest output possible.
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Proactively engaging with customers
- Guiding the sales from lead stage to project stage by working closely with internal business lines.
- Approaching customers and executing your sales strategy
- Working closely with the Global Sales Managers, Commercial Directors and Business line directors to coordinate sales activities and engage with customers
- Aligning customers and stakeholders
Requirements
- A BS, BA, MSc in Electrical, Mechanical, Physics, Industrial Engineering, or any business-related degree
- 3+ years of technical and/or sales experience or technical experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Outgoing and client driven individual
- Passionate about engineering and manufacturing
- 20% - 40% travel required
