- A hunter: competitive, self-starting, energized by chasing new business
- Road-ready: comfortable traveling roughly three weeks a month and open to relocating for the right territory
- Mechanically curious: at home walking on a farm, job site, quarry, or truck shop
- Coachable and driven: takes feedback, improves fast, and runs your own week without being told
