About the role
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will help drive our goals by:
- Leading commercial activity across the region, delivering revenue growth and achieving business targets.
- Managing strategic customer relationships and expanding opportunities across the Chemical and LST product portfolio.
- Coaching and developing a regional sales team, driving performance, engagement and capability growth.
- Identifying new business opportunities, supporting product scale-up and coordinating cross-functional customer solutions.
- Providing market intelligence, forecasting demand and supporting pricing and budgeting decisions.
- Working closely with operations, R&D and commercial stakeholders to optimise products, support innovation and maximise customer value.

- Experience leading and developing commercial or sales teams in a technical or industrial environment.
- Knowledge of platinum group metals markets and their industrial applications.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to manage complex customer portfolios.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and build long-term customer relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, including technical and commercial presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
