Regional Sales Manager - California

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for a newly created role driven by business expansion. Work schedule: 50% field-based, 50% remote/home office.
Location: California (preferred) or Arizona. Territory covers California, Arizona, and New Mexico.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a channel partner network to drive territory performance
- Develop and execute strategies for business development and account growth
- Identify and onboard new channel partners while strengthening existing relationships
- Conduct regular meetings with partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support sales initiatives and territory expansion
- Maintain and update customer and partner information using CRM tools
- Balance strategic planning and field engagement
Requirements
- A degree in a science-related field such as Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or equivalent is an asset
- Experience in water, wastewater, or related industries (chemical, industrial, or oil & gas sectors with water exposure)
- Strong understanding of channel partner or distributor sales models
- Proven ability in business development and account management
- Hands-on experience utilizing a CRM tool (Salesforce)
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within the assigned territory

Pay
The compensation range for this role is $110,000 - $145,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Incentive Pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
