Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth within your designated region.
- Collaborate with the sales team to set challenging goals and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure their success.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders through strong communication skills.
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Network, conduct sales meetings, track performance metrics, and present sales forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in a managerial role.
- Experience in commercial real estate, retail, or hospitality industries is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
