The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have strong communication skills and be able to interact with a diverse group of customers and dealers in a positive manner
- Readily respond to, modify, and integrate change with minimal personal resistance
- Prioritize and complete tasks in order to deliver desired outcomes within allotted timeframes
- Serve as an advocate of the Coe Press story by ensuring an intimate understanding of who we are, what we represent, and what we can offer
- Understand industry and market trends as well as sales analytics related to customer and translate into targeted opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience preferred
- 10 or more years of direct sales experience
- Proven experience in selling high dollar, technical, standard and custom product
- Selling automation solutions and capital equipment highly desired
- Willingness to travel 40+% of the time
- Track record of exceeding performance expectations
- Experience in the Metal Stamping Industry a plus
