New Business Development & Territory Growth

  • Possess 3+ years of industrial sales or business development experience.
  • Proven success in hunting new business and reactivating accounts.
  • Experience in fluid control, industrial equipment, or process systems is preferred.
  • Strong prospecting discipline and time management skills.
  • Valid driver’s license required.

Account Reactivation & Expansion

  • Identify competitive valve, instrumentation and pump replacement opportunities.
  • Call on end users, OEMs, contractors, system integrators and EPC firms.
  • Identify retrofit, upgrade, and aftermarket opportunities.

Sales Execution & Inside Sales Responsibilities

  • Prepare technical information and manage customer quotations and pricing.
  • Own opportunities from quote through purchase order.
  • Place orders directly with manufacturers and vendor partners.
  • Carefully coordinate lead times, submittals, and order follow up.
  • Maintain CRM records, pipeline forecasts, and activity tracking.

Qualifications

  • Include 3+ years of industrial sales or business development experience.
  • Proven success in hunting new business and reactivating accounts.
  • Experience in fluid control, industrial equipment, or process systems is preferred.
  • Strong prospecting discipline and time management skills.
  • Valid driver’s license required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with valves strongly preferred.
  • Instrumentation, Pump or sanitary process equipment experience a plus.
