Regional Sales Director South Central

Responsibilities

• Leads the recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of sales team members within the region.
• Establishes clear monthly and annual sales targets and ensures achievement of key performance metrics.
• Provides consistent field coaching, performance feedback, and mentorship to drive individual and team success.
• Maintains and expands relationships with key aesthetic customers, physician partners, and strategic accounts.
• Develops and implements regional sales strategies aligned with national sales initiatives.
• Analyzes sales trends and business insights to adjust sales plans and maximize territory growth.
• Safeguards compliance with Company sales processes, documentation standards, CRM usage, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with Marketing, Training/Education, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, and Operations.
• Represents the Company at trade shows, conferences, customer programs, workshops, and regional events as needed.
• Conducts regular team meetings, business reviews, and field ride-alongs to evaluate sales approach and alignment.
• Extensive travel required based on business needs, including overnight and occasional weekends.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in medical aesthetics, pharmaceuticals, or related field required.
• At least 4 years of sales leadership experience managing field-based representatives.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales objectives.
• Proficiency in CRM and standard business software (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
