About The Role
Overall responsibility for strategic planning and development of the business in the assigned territory. Execute the team's strategy to achieve growth, aligned with the company's vision. Ensure growth of Orange Business Services in System Integration, within assigned budgets. Directly accountable for profitability and growth of assigned accounts. Generate deep knowledge of revenue forecasts, focusing on customer and BU levels. Hold regular 1:1 reviews with the sales team to gauge business performance. Prioritize sales opportunities and drive deal closures. Leverage partnerships with key partners. Align sales team with presales, partner managers, domain specialists, and delivery teams to develop new opportunities and logos.
Sales Excellence
- Achieve delivery of committed sales targets through active review of sales opportunities, networking with senior management, and driving deal closures.
- Develop the Sales team into a dynamic force with necessary training and tools.
- Generate deep knowledge of revenue forecasts on a customer-by-customer basis, BU by BU, month by month.
- Hold regular 1:1 reviews with each member of the sales team to gauge business performance.
- Prioritize sales opportunities and execute delivery.
- Leverage opportunities with key partners.
- Align sales team with presales, partner managers, domain specialists, and delivery teams to develop new opportunities with existing customers and new logos.
Team Management
- Work with GM and Country Management Team to build a successful sales Account Manager’s team in the assigned territory.
- Apply the Orange Leadership Model, focusing on transformation, talent management, program setting, clear direction, cross-organization collaboration, and building a capable sales force.
- Manage day-to-day operations such as sales targeting, compensation, transversal teaming, etc.
Customer and Market Focus
- Drive transformation within the organization.
- Manage talent effectively.
- Set clear direction and foster a 'winning' culture emphasizing accountability, ownership, competitiveness, and passion-to-win.
- Build and develop the sales force to focus on higher-value, customized, and consultative solution engagements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12+ years of sales and operations experience.
- Strong business and finance acumen.
- Strong leadership skills, results-driven, excellent sales and organizational skills.
- Consistently exceed sales goals.
- Well-established CXO relationships in the region and within the client base.
- Well-established relationships with OEM/partner sales teams of key partners like Cisco, HP, Dell, Microsoft, Avaya.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or MBA.
