Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a Regional Sales Director who can drive new business, meet or exceed revenue targets, and support our sales representatives. Key responsibilities include:
- Generating new business
- Motivating and advising sales representatives to improve performance
- Recruiting, hiring, training, and managing sales representatives
- Managing resources to ensure sales and financial objectives are met
- Building and maintaining relationships with key internal and external customers
- Developing and executing strategies to develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Creating value-added solutions that meet customer business needs
About The Role
The Regional Sales Director is responsible for:
- Achieving quota through sales team
- Create and execute comprehensive strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives
- Anticipate and address internal and external business issues
- Manage resources to ensure sales and financial objectives are met
- Leverage knowledge of competitive advantage and profit drivers
- Develop relationships with key internal/external customers
- Influence customer and/or organizational leadership through effective listening and communication
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of demonstrated successful medical sales experience required, healthcare or business to business sales experience preferred
- At least 3 years Sales Management of direct or independent sales representative experience required
- Ability to travel 75% of time within defined territory
Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
