About the role
The position directly responsible for leading a region's residential sales team. Develops and implements new customer acquisition strategies. Manages and leads the residential sales team. TruGreen accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
Responsibilities
- Directly responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of residential sales team for the region.
- Develops and implements customer growth strategies.
- Maintains key customer relationships.
- Trains and familiarizes residential sales reps with established policies and practices to ensure the team is equipped with the product knowledge, CRM sales system understanding, and selling-skills.
- Aids residential sales reps with complex sales negotiations.
- Works with Operations Regional Vice President and General Managers to drive revenue completion, customer satisfaction, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Sales Management experience required.
- Valid, permanent driver’s license from state of residence. Current liability auto insurance required.

Pay Ranges
$114,013.00 - $190,020.00
