Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Regional Field Sales team through recruiting and mentoring
- Oversee recruiting and onboarding processes while adhering to corporate policies
- Drive professional excellence through coaching and performance management
- Manage staff attendance to ensure continuous regional coverage
- Assess training needs for continual skill development
- Ensure roofing contractors are trained on Commercial application methods
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of sales leadership experience in building materials OR High School Diploma with 10+ years of sales leadership experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel overnight 50%
- Proven mentoring and leadership abilities within a high-performing sales team
- Strong technical and professional knowledge of the roofing industry
- Proficiency in Google Business Suite; Salesforce experience is a plus
