Summary/Objective

The Regional Sales Director provides oversight on the growth and development of the organization within a designated territory. Responsible for the planning and implementation of sales and marketing development plans, build and execute personalized profit estimates and reports for each sales representative to reach goals towards existing and new accounts.

Essential Functions

  • Reach and/or exceed a set of business targets assigned within each territory that reflect corporate goals for growth.
  • Create urgency while providing day-to-day oversight of the Sales Team to include activities and duties focused on growth with true negotiables and personalized solutions.
  • Analyze the status of each account and know how to move them through the full sales funnel to drive incremental sales or new business development.
  • Understand how to conduct effective research, then defend, negotiate and grow in a B2B environment by leading with insights and business case studies across a diverse set of stakeholders.
  • Focused on building customer conversations that identify needs, persuasively demonstrates and articulates the company’s value proposition, and separates Envision from its competitors.
  • Create, execute and anchor customer-journey strategies that challenges status-quo and are uniquely designed for each territory dynamic and provider combination.
  • Lead and map-out successful transformation leading to growth by assessing demographic attributes, attitudes and target audience behaviors and prioritize key activities with qualified prospects.
  • Hire, identify, assign and manage each sales representative according to the challenges and skillset needed in each area
  • Intimately understands the evolving healthcare landscape and able to leverage these insights to interact with the physician to improve the patient experience.
  • Able to act as the “chief consultant” for family practices or specialty offices to explore and innovate accessibility and remove obstacles for seamless integration and increase inflow.
  • Forward-thinking and takes ownership of the alignment for specified regions with an eye for continuous improvement, emerging trends, challenges, threats and opportunities.
  • Collaborates with other directors and representatives across the organization to implement best-practices and share winning strategies that can be scaled in other regions.
  • Maintains an expert level of knowledge of EMR, Ambra, PAL, Salesforce and other technologies utilized.
  • Stays abreast of all needed account touchpoints, compliance issues & policies related to marketing.

Work Environment

This job operates both in-the-field and in clinical environments. Automobile travel is required on a daily basis. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications/Experience: Seven plus years’ Sales and Marketing experience with progressive managerial responsibilities with proven customer retention and recruitingPrevious experience developing strategies to maximize opportunities Previous experience with Salesforce, Tableau, EMR, Ambra, and/or PAL preferred Detail oriented, self-motivated, a problem solver and a team playerAbility to excel in a very fast-pace team environmentAbility to continuously “exceed” company and customer expectationStrong communication skills & professional demeanor
  • Education/Certifications: A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education, training, and experience.
