Regional Sales Director
We are seeking a high-growth, strategic Regional Sales Director (RSD) to lead and scale our West region sales operations. This role requires you to reside within the Mountain region (Sacramento, Reno, Salt Lake City) and travel up to 75% of the time to engage with clients, attend events, and collaborate with your team.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of field sales professionals. Foster an inclusive, high-accountability, and collaborative sales culture while leading onboarding and ongoing professional development.
- Take full accountability for regional quota attainment. Develop and execute strategic territory plans that expand market share and drive revenue growth across the West region.
- Cultivate, strengthen, and scale strategic relationships with key channel resellers and integration partners.
- Leverage Salesforce and modern revenue tech stacks to maintain strong pipeline hygiene, build repeatable sales motions, and deliver accurate sales forecasts.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure individual and regional performance, proactively addressing gaps and optimizing execution strategies to align with overall corporate revenue goals.
- Collaborate effectively with Executive Leadership, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align regional strategies with company-wide objectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of direct, quota-carrying sales experience, ideally within SaaS, Cloud Security, Physical Security, or Enterprise Software.
- 2+ years of experience managing and scaling high-performing channel sales teams.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding regional revenue targets and quotas.
- Proficient in data-driven sales methodologies, CRM systems (Salesforce.com), forecasting accuracy, and structured pipeline management.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical and commercial value propositions to C-suite stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience.

Pay
The base salary for this full-time role ranges from $130,000 - $140,000/yr USD, with total on-target earnings (OTE) of $220,000 - $240,000/yr USD. Individual compensation packages are based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, training, and market conditions.
