Regional Reliability Manager - Gypsum Division

The Job Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Regional Reliability Manager to support the Gypsum Division. This is a remote role with a significant portion of work being onsite. Key responsibilities include:

1. Supporting asset maintenance work processes
2. Implementing predictive technology programs like vibration, infrared, ultrasonic, and oil analysis
3. Fostering sustainable improvements in asset maintenance work processes using KPIs
4. Improving outage planning and execution
5. Optimizing PM programs at the site level
6. Communicating goals to plant levels and reporting to leadership
7. Guiding fixed cost spend to meet goals
8. Exploring technology solutions to meet site reliability needs
9. Providing oversight for reliability method transitions
10. Offering flow-to-work expertise as needed

To succeed, candidates should have:

• 10 years of continuous manufacturing experience
• Experience with predictive reliability methods and analytics
• Knowledge of asset strategy development and root cause analysis
• Skills in asset maintenance work processes
• Ability to travel 50-75%

Preferred qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience
• CMRP/CRL certification
• Lubrication, Vibration Analysis, Air Compressor Maintenance certifications
• Data analysis, metrics reporting, Pareto analysis, and trend production losses experience
• Experience in the building products industry

This is a hybrid schedule role with a minimum of 50% travel.
