Regional Reimbursement Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Regional Reimbursement Consultant for Region 4 to join our team! DRIVEN BY EXPERTISE, GUIDED BY COMPASSION. We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Regional Reimbursement Consultant to support multiple skilled nursing communities across Region 4. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate reimbursement processes, regulatory compliance, and optimal revenue capture. This role supports Avir facilities in Arlington, Dallas, Fort Worth, Garland, Grapevine, Irving, Keeneland, Keenedale, North Richland Hills, Richland Hills, The Meadow, and Weatherford.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate reimbursement processes for skilled nursing communities.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with Medicare and Medicaid requirements.
• Optimize revenue capture across facilities.
• Support multiple skilled nursing communities in Region 4 (Arlington, Dallas, Fort Worth, Garland, Grapevine, Irving, Keeneland, Keenedale, North Richland Hills, Richland Hills, The Meadow, Weatherford).
• Travel frequently between facilities within the region.
• Collaborate with facility staff to support reimbursement and documentation processes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a long‑term care setting.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid documentation requirements.
• Proven experience supporting reimbursement processes within a skilled nursing environment.
• Ability to travel frequently between facilities within the region.
• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
