Ohio University is seeking a strategic, relationship-driven professional to serve as Regional Recruitment Manager for the Chillicothe campus, leading undergraduate recruitment efforts across all six regional campuses within an assigned territory. In this highly visible role, you will represent both the regional campuses and the University, shaping and executing recruitment strategies that connect students to a wide range of academic pathways. Working in close partnership with Undergraduate Admissions and Regional Higher Education leadership, the Regional Recruitment Manager will play a key role in driving enrollment outcomes through data-informed strategy, personalized engagement, and strong community connections. As the primary recruitment leader in the region, this position will design and execute territory-specific recruitment plans that build meaningful enrollment pipelines from local schools and communities to OHIO’s regional and Athens campuses. The Regional Recruitment Manager will represent the University at high-impact events, develop trusted relationships with students, families, school counselors, and community organizations, and serve as a knowledgeable guide through the admissions process.
