Responsibilities

• Secure new healthcare projects through expertise, industry engagement, and client relationships.
• Manage client interactions, project organization, and successful project startup.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to develop practice standards and strategies.
• Contribute to talent development and practice growth.

Requirements

• Over 15 years of architectural experience, specializing in healthcare, with success in project and design management.
• Proven experience with OSHPD projects and healthcare facilities such as hospitals, clinics, outpatient centers, and senior living.
• Demonstrated client development success with a strong network and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or Interior Design; professional licensure preferred.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; passionate about healthcare design; committed to sustainable and equitable practices.

Skills

• Knowledge of healthcare codes (HCAI / OSHPD).
• Experience with life sciences.
• Professional certifications (AIA, NCARB, LEED AP) are advantageous.
