Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new diagnostic tests
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve existing assays
• Conduct research and development in parasitology and gastrointestinal fields
• Write and review technical documentation
• Present findings at industry conferences

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., biology, biochemistry)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in diagnostic laboratory settings
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with molecular biology techniques and PCR preferred

Qualifications

• Knowledge of immunodiffusion and latex agglutination methods
• Experience with fungal and parasitic antigen detection
• Understanding of healthcare acquired infections and neonatal/pediatric diagnostics

Skills

• Proficiency in laboratory equipment and instrumentation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving abilities
