Regional Payroll Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to support and oversee payroll operations for a Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facilities in the state of Missouri. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing while providing leadership, audits, training, and operational support across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Payroll, HR, Finance, and Operations teams
• Support payroll system management and acquisitions
• Conduct facility audits
• Train payroll staff to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

Requirements

• Regular travel is required to facilities for audits, training, and operational support
• Experience managing multi-state payroll in a complex environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, audits, time & attendance, and payroll systems
• Leadership experience supporting or managing payroll teams preferred
