Regional Partner Sales Manager

Genesys · Indiana, United States · 3 days ago
Full-time

About the role

At Genesys, we help organizations create better customer experiences through AI-powered experience orchestration. Our platform connects people, systems, data and AI to help organizations deliver more personalized service, improve operational efficiency and build stronger customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Build and develop strategic relationships with TSD partners in your region, positioning Genesys as the platform of choice and giving partners a clear path to revenue.
  • Own your pipeline and booking numbers monthly, quarterly, and annually, and treat every gap as a problem to solve.
  • Identify and prioritize the TSD partners best positioned to deliver pipeline and bookings, and invest your time where it will have the greatest impact.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader for your partners, keeping them current on the Genesys Partner Program, competitive positioning, and winning strategies.
  • Align regional sales teams with the right partners through demand generation and account mapping, focused on partners who bring credibility, capability, commitment, and a relevant customer base.
  • Hold your partners and your internal stakeholders accountable to the goals you set together, through a regular cadence of check-ins that track real progress.
  • Partner cross functionally with solution consulting, product marketing, sales, and sales operations to deliver a world class experience for every partner you support.

Requirements

  • Proven success partnering with Technology Solutions Distributors (TSDs), with a track record of building pipeline and winning business through the channel.
  • A background in Contact Center, CX, UCaaS, or SaaS is a strong plus.
  • An entrepreneurial spirited self-starter who takes ownership and stays focused on driving results.
  • The ability to identify, recruit, and develop top performing partners in your region.
  • A strong understanding of opportunity qualification, deal cycles, and forecasting accuracy, ideally using MEDDPICC.
  • The ability to build relationships at every level of an organization, from a partner rep to a President.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, because you are juggling multiple partners, deals, and priorities at once.
  • A BS or BA degree, or equivalent work experience.
