Job Description The Regional Partner is a senior leader responsible for the growth, client experience, and overall success of Matter in the West region. You advise key client families, lead regional business development, build and develop the regional team, and work alongside Matter's leadership on strategy and growth. Responsibilities Serve as senior relationship leader and advisor to key client families, building lasting relationships across generationsDrive regional growth and new business development, from cultivating prospects to converting opportunitiesCoordinate investment, family learning, and client service teams to deliver a seamless client experienceBuild and mentor the regional team, fostering a collaborative, high-performing cultureAdvise the leadership team on strategy and growth initiativesEstablish Matter's presence in the market and grow professional networksDrive accountability and cross-functional collaborationServe as the escalation point for complex client situations Qualifications 15+ years of progressive experience in wealth management, family office, private banking, or related financial servicesProven track record advising HNW/UHNW families and managing sophisticated relationshipsProven business development and relationship originationStrong understanding of how investments, planning, and family dynamics connectStrong communication skills and executive presenceExperience leading multidisciplinary senior teamsBachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant professional credentials preferred Benefits Matter offers medical and dental plans with HSA/FSA options, employer-paid disability and life insurance, a 401(k) with employer match, and 10 paid holidays plus competitive vacation and sick leave.
