Regional Painter and Drywall Technician

About the role

Responsibilities

• Prepare, patch, repair, and paint interior and exterior commercial spaces
• Install, repair, tape, mud, sand, and finish drywall to a professional standard
• Match existing paint colors and textures for seamless repairs
• Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, scraping, priming, and caulking
• Apply paint, stain, and protective coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
• Complete resident room refreshes, common area renovations, and facility improvement projects
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Travel between multiple healthcare facilities to complete scheduled projects
• Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and infection control standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional commercial painting experience
• Strong drywall installation and repair experience
• Excellent taping, mudding, spackling, sanding, and finishing skills
• Experience with commercial repaint and renovation projects
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between regional facilities
• Ability to lift construction materials and work from ladders when needed

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in healthcare, hospitals, long-term care, senior living, schools, hotels, apartment communities, commercial buildings, or institutional facilities are strongly encouraged to apply.
