Regional Office Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and back-up for daily clinic operations and onsite administrative needs.
- Provide coverage for administrative staff when needed to support continuity of clinic operations.
- Manage and coordinate administrative staffing coverage across clinic locations.
- Communicate site concerns, operational risks, and unresolved issues to the Director of Quality, Compliance and Operations and other appropriate leaders.
- Support the onboarding, orientation, and training of new administrative employees.
- Participate in interviewing and recruitment activities for administrative staff, as assigned.
- Maintain an onsite presence across clinic locations and conduct routine check-ins with administrative staff and clinic leaders.
- Partner with Clinic Directors to identify, address, and escalate operational concerns as appropriate.
- Work closely with Clinic Directors, the Director of Quality, Compliance and Operations, and other market leadership to identify and address operational needs and support consistent clinic operations.
- Cook up with facilities, maintenance vendors, and internal partners to address clinic-site concerns and support timely resolution.
- Participate in team and departmental meetings, as applicable.
- Participate in the support of effective system use across clinics.
- Review applicable operational reports and dashboards, including Power BI, to identify trends, concerns, and follow-up needs.
- Support the implementation of standardized workflows, policies, procedures, and operational practices across clinic locations.
- Promote a high level of customer service and professionalism across all clinics.
- Support upkeep of clinic physical spaces in accordance with Company standards and communicate concerns requiring escalation or additional support.
- Collaborate with the Director of Quality, Compliance and Operations on business continuity activities and implementation of operational changes.
- Travel among clinic locations as required to support market operations.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Five or more years of office management or related administrative operations experience.
- People-management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate staffing, manage competing priorities, and resolve operational concerns across multiple locations.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel among clinic locations as required.
- Healthcare and/or behavioral health experience.
- (Preferred) Experience supporting multi-site operations.
- (Preferred) Experience handling complex interpersonal and operational issues.
- (Preferred) Ability to work in a collaborative partnership with Clinic Directors and market leadership.
- (Preferred) Experience using operational dashboards, telephone systems, scheduling tools, or other healthcare technology platforms.

New Directions Mental Health is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The compensation range for this role is $60,000–$65,000. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, market-driven enhancements, and incentive opportunities available for this role.
