About the role
This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of occupational therapy programs within a healthcare setting.Responsibilities
- Provide individualized occupational therapy services to patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
- A current license to practice as an occupational therapist in the state where the position is located.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in occupational therapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills
