For our client, we are seeking a Regional Medical Scientific Director (RMSD) - Gynecologic Malignancies – IN, KY, WV, VA to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will serve as a key scientific partner across the assigned region, engaging with external scientific leaders in gynecologic malignancies to support credible, balanced medical exchange. The position focuses on deep therapeutic expertise, congress engagement, and field-based scientific dialogue that informs research alignment and strengthens relationships with the medical community. You will also collaborate internally to route scientific questions, identify potential trial investigators, and help support the broader medical strategy in the region. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $210,400 – $331,100 annually Responsibilities Develop professional relationships with scientific leaders to provide medical information Conduct peer-to-peer scientific discussions and maintain a consistent presence with scientific leaders Address scientific inquiries and direct them to appropriate internal resources Maintain current knowledge of the scientific and clinical environment in the therapeutic area Initiate discussions with scientific leaders regarding research alignment and scientific merit Recommend study sites and identify potential investigators for clinical trials Engage in scientific congresses to facilitate data exchange Qualifications PhD, PharmD, DNP, DO, or MD required Minimum of 3 years of relevant therapeutic area experience Ability to conduct doctoral-level discussions with stakeholders Strong focus on scientific education and dialogue Excellent communication and networking skills Thorough understanding of FDA, OIG, and HIPAA regulations Strong organizational skills in a dynamic environment Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and families Retirement benefits including 401(k) Paid holidays and vacation days Compassionate and sick leave days Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
