Regional Medical Director - Psychiatrist

The Role

We're seeking a Regional Medical Director - Psychiatrist to lead and innovate in our modern mental health care at Serenity. This role involves guiding and mentoring other providers, managing a thriving outpatient practice, and implementing strategic plans for the region.

What You'll Be Doing

• Report to the Chief Medical Officer
• Maintain outpatient clinical practice with various treatment options
• Manage psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners in your region
• Involvement in provider interviews and selection
• Lead and mentor medical staff
• Oversee clinical operations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
• Analyze healthcare data to identify trends and areas for improvement

What You Need

• Board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
• Licensed, or willing to become licensed, in the corresponding state of clinic location
• Experience utilizing interventional treatment techniques, preferably TMS
• 2+ years of demonstratable leadership experience
• Unencumbered DEA and clean criminal background
• Must be a United States Citizen or hold a Green Card
• Some travel required
