We're looking for an experienced B2B marketing professional to lead our marketing strategy across North America. You'll design and execute our Go-To-Market approach alongside regional sales leadership, with a focus on winning target accounts and strengthening our market presence. Working across sales, performance, product, and other teams, you'll build and run integrated marketing campaigns: from large-scale field events to targeted digital programs that drive real results.
Responsibilities
- Develop a GTM strategy for North America tailored to our target industries and accounts.
- Lead and execute regional marketing activities, including field events, content localization, and various online and offline campaigns to meet regional goals.
- Establish partner channels and cultivate relationships with regional associations and partners.
- Conduct regional research on competitors, market trends, and insights to ensure that our offering remains aligned with customer needs.
- Gain expertise in local customers, partners, and industry to consistently identify new growth opportunities.
- Implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies in collaboration with the sales and marketing team.
- Conduct co-marketing campaigns with local partners: webinars, roadshows, co-branded lead generation and thought leadership content, and more.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on marketing experience in a B2B technology environment (IT, fintech, SaaS fields).
- Deep practical knowledge of the marketing mix.
- Solid expertise in driving ABM tactics across online and offline channels.
- Extensive experience in event management: participation in 3rd party conferences, partner events, and roadshows.
- Demonstrated ability to drive, execute, and analyze the outcomes of integrated marketing programs.
- Proven experience thriving in a rapidly evolving, high-impact scale-up environment.
- Solid project management skills in projects involving internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in English (native or fluent), Spanish is a plus.
- Based in the United States.
Benefits
- Remote-first, trust-based culture. Work from the place that works best for you. No mandatory office days, no attendance trackers. In some locations, we provide offices or coworking spaces, but the choice is yours.
- True flexibility. We do not fix you to a 9-to-5 schedule. You can adjust your working hours when needed, as long as your day stays productive and in sync with the team.
- 401(k) Retirement Plan with a 4% company match and immediate vesting.
- Comprehensive Company Time Off: 20 days of vacation, 10 flexible day-offs for local holidays or personal needs, and 7 sick days. Winter break from December 24–26 and December 31–January 3, plus an extra day off for your birthday.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage from day one.
- Work that matters. Your work will have a real impact on how people experience trust online.
- Truly global. Work across continents and time zones, with teammates and customers from all over the world.
- Growth built in. Clear goals, open feedback, and personal development plans. Support for role-specific events, from design conferences to marketing forums.
- Team offsites. Meet in person a few times a year with fully covered trips.
- Tools and hardware provided to set you up for success.
- Friendly by design. We welcome individuality, quirks, and different perspectives.
