Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Regional Marketing & Communication Manager and Director of Operations to support and execute marketing strategies and manage leads from national campaigns and livelmh.com.
  • Manage regional social media platforms, interact with followers, and increase audience growth and engagement.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives to achieve business goals.
  • Conduct research on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape; analyze and summarize data to propose strategy enhancements.
  • Support the marketing manager in establishing and evaluating marketing strategy through forecasting, setting objectives, organizing promotional campaigns, and enhancing marketing content.
  • Coordinate with external agency partners on the development, design, and production of brand creative assets.
  • Maintain inventory of marketing support materials, ensuring accuracy and coordinating the creation of new materials as needed.
  • Oversee essential marketing systems such as content management systems for production and enhancements.

Requirements

  • Two or more years of marketing experience within a marketing department.
  • A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing or advertising is preferred; commensurate work experience will also be considered.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks while managing multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, and social media strategies and technology.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to perform essential job functions consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting productivity standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance.
  • Ability to travel to other regional locations for work, training, meetings, and other activities.
  • Mobility within the office and use of office equipment such as computers, scanners, and copiers.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment with multiple daily tasks.
  • Ability to independently lift or carry supplies or equipment up to 30 lbs.
  • May require use of a personal or company vehicle or electrical cart.

Pay

$27.00 - $33.00 per hour.
