Regional Manager, Mission Advancement (NextGen Youth Program)
Job Summary
The Regional Manager is responsible for managing a team that supports different programs across the assigned district, guiding the strategic vision for the district with the Director, and guiding partnership engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manages different programs within the districts.
- Responsible for employee management within the assigned district including hiring, coaching and development, onboarding, training, scheduling, and disciplinary processes.
- Oversees operations and staff at career centers.
- Defines and participates in outreach for partnership engagement.
- Develops partnerships with external organizations around providing access to services and resources.
- Manages partnerships with Goodwill sites and non-Goodwill sites.
- Manages daily operations and milestones for contracts and grants for programs, as defined by the Director overseeing the programs.
- Acts as daily point of contact for contracted partners.
- Manages all timecards and performance reviews/appraisals within HRIS system.
- Guides strategic vision for district with input from Directors.
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Services or similar, required.
- At least 3 years of program management, operations management, and/or grant experience required.
- Experience developing and maintaining external partner relationships.
- Experience working in compliance (grants and scholarships).
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience required.
- Communication skills – written and verbal.
- Organizational skills with the ability to multitask & make decisions under pressure, understanding deadlines.

- Microsoft Office Suite Understanding
- Understanding of Goodwill’s brand and overall brand awareness, and ability to assist with Mission strategy development.
- Ability to assist with light manual labor, as required.
- Must be able to travel 50-75%.
