Regional Manager, Gulf States

The Regional Manager, Gulf States at USCA Protective and Marine Coatings will support profitable sales growth for data center build projects. Reporting to the Leader for Digital Infrastructure Building Solutions, this role involves leading a regional team of Engineering Specification Representatives. Key responsibilities include:

1. Supporting sales, profitability, overhead, expense control, and working capital.
2. Developing and executing segment, region, and customer sales strategies.
3. Managing pipeline, contracts, and negotiation strategies.
4. Identifying market and segment strategies to maximize revenue and profit.
5. Ensuring cooperation between various departments within PPG.
6. Fostering developments across the value chain to influence spec decisions and outcomes.

Qualifications

• A college degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• MBA or advanced degrees preferred but not required.
• Minimum 10 years experience calling on architects, engineering firms, and general contractors.
• Experience hiring, developing, and leading a regional team focused on specification and contract chain.
• Strong technical understanding of product specification cycles and construction processes.
