About the Role

RadNet is leading radiology forward with dynamic cross-training and advancement opportunities in a team-focused environment. As a Regional Manager, you will join a dedicated team of professionals delivering quality, value, and access in healthcare, aligning patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and direct all aspects of the practice’s clinical operations, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and utilizing best practices for efficiency.
  • Monitor and assure compliance with Quality Assurance Programs.
  • Develop business relationships with the Contracting Manager and medical groups.
  • Promote and support the company’s vision, mission, and values.
  • Achieve targeted volumes for the business unit.
  • Manage team members and business operations to meet organizational objectives.
  • Anticipate operational pitfalls and resolve issues proactively.
  • Prepare and analyze operating budgets against performance.
  • Ensure appropriate productivity levels and manage costs effectively.
  • Oversee financial management of the business unit.
  • Develop strategies to achieve individual and business unit goals.
  • Seek or recommend new business opportunities.
  • Train new managers and work to increase retention while reducing turnover.
  • Maintain high employee morale and satisfaction to support productivity.
  • Set clear expectations and objectives for employees and departments.
  • Approve and ensure timely completion of employee performance evaluations.
  • Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as needed.
  • Support and motivate team members while balancing individual and team responsibilities.
  • Promote flexibility in staff utilization across teams and departments.
  • Delegate work appropriately and follow through for optimal results.
  • Provide development opportunities for team members.

Requirements

  • Understanding of how external healthcare industry forces affect operations and revenues.
  • High degree of initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision-making to achieve objectives.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to share information and provide direction to team members.
  • Ability to delegate responsibility and authority effectively.
  • Maintain proactive relationships with referring physicians.
  • Knowledge of state and federal health and safety regulations.
  • Experience in developing budgets and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with staff and senior management.
  • Team mentality within Clinical Operations and senior management.

Qualifications

  • Four-year degree in business administration or healthcare administration (required).
  • Six or more years of experience in the radiology service industry and management experience (preferred).
  • Understanding of Contracting and experience working with medical groups (required).

Pay

$100,000 – $120,000 per year.
